2. Digital Gift Vouchers
• Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
• The entire value of the voucher must be redeemed within 12 calendar months of the purchase date.
• Unused credit after the expiry date will be forfeited, and no refunds will be provided.
• Extensions or exemptions to these terms may be granted at the sole discretion of TVDS.
3. Senior Driving Assessment
• The Senior Driving Assessment service provides a professional opinion on an individual’s driving competence.
• This assessment does not confer any entitlement to drive, nor does it replace any statutory or medical determination regarding driving ability.
• The assessment is offered solely as advice to aid individuals and their families in decision-making.
• Disclaimer of Liability: TVDS accepts no liability for any subsequent incidents, accidents, or issues arising from an individual’s driving after an assessment. The assessment is an opinion only and does not override or influence any legal, medical, or statutory determinations related to the individual’s driving capability.
4. Lesson Cancellations
• Lessons must be canceled or rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
• TVDS reserves the right to charge the full lesson fee for cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice unless a replacement student can be found.
• Cancellations should be communicated directly via the contact details provided on the website.
